AKuma is now active, and a little bit of Character development/feels. Not sure if you guys will care since I just made up the NPC, but it is what it is. Also, Akuma didn't love Akamae, but he did care deeply for her, probably his favorite person in the Vigilants, and he thought of her like his own little sister. The vigilants have been around for 3-6 years, just incase any one's wondering

Feedback question: Was I a bit too cheesy with this post, or did I mostly hit the right notes?
