Hm, that depends. Since it usually means that one's hype ability goes out of control I can think of several scenarios. He age catching up to her, her cells generating too quickly causing cancer, her powers simply burning itself out so she no longer regenerates at all, it working too well and she actually starts to continuously get younger... there's more but those are ones off the top of my head.
