When did these happened? How many centuries or thousands of years ago?
I get that the Collective integrated one of them.
The other is supposedly Duck's New Roman Empire but I can't find a profile on it.
Also the Roa'Marri are Zadubadabu's civ. So I shouldn't confuse the two.
