As a level 4, then most probably she can move heavy objects with relative ease, not as tiring as if she were a level 3. Her powers don't tire her a much and her telekinesis attacks hurt others a lot more, though it may vary depending on the opponent's level. She can be more precise when handling things too, perhaps even able to move locks and whatnot with ease only with her mind. Overall, she is a pretty powerful esper in her own right, might be able to beat people with just brute power too.
