Pyrokinesis, huh? A pretty standard one now. Well, Pyrokinesis is activated here (as far as I know) by creating(calculating?) fire out of nothing with an esper's AIM field, hence, I believe your AIM field as a level 4 is fairly stronger than those of levels below. You can produce more fire and perhaps shoot it farther away. It may also be harder to extinguish, but don't take me up on that. ;P
