As Conna'Cel pushed Faira away, the explosion knocked Conna'Cel off his feet and caused him to crash onto the floor, sliding a few inches before stopping. "Damage report," Conna'Cel said as he pushed himself off the ground. "Multiple areas damaged. Most notable locations: wing attachments, spine, upper left and right thigh. Estimated repair time... Four minutes and 23 seconds." As Conna'Cel reported all this, his body was already in the middle of repairing itself, slowly but surely. Then came the new arrivals. This odd white-haired girl holding a teddy bear... she seemed odd. The teddy bear had no anomalous properties, but the girl made his threat detection fluctuate much like Marianne did, although not nearly as much. Little Marianne and Alexandra's words only created more questions than they answered. One thing was for certain, however: there were means of escape, however dangerous they were. "A deal with whom?" Conna'Cel asked, his voice stern and robotic. He could make a few guesses on who or what it was, but it was best not to draw conclusions on mere speculation. "And do not seek to lie to us again. Lies do not escape my detection."
