I've been trying to bring in that bit of humor that seems kind of common in Bleach. When someone pisses someone off one of them, usually Ichigo or Hiyori, beats the perpatrator up.

Also I just realized I may have confused you in a previous post. The watch just makes him invisible to those without spiritual awareness. It doesn't transform him in anyway. He has access to about 10 percent of his power in his gigai and 25 percent without his Resureccion released. When he does release it... he's at fifty. He doesn't have Segunda Etapa yet but when he does he'll be extrememly powerful... I like to rank his strength like this in descending order.

I can't think of any comparisons to him in his Gigai or without releasing his Resureccion.
