In one word, the beginning of this fight could be summed up. Startling. The tattooed, dragon-gargoyle like guy... laughed so creepily. It was as if he lived for war, actively sought it out. He sent the sword straight for a Thanagarians chest, blood spraying onto him, and right before the demon blocked her view in attempt to shield her from it, Supergirl could have sworn she saw a grin. She didn't know how to handle it. "If you do decide to step out there, watch your step." was the only thing she heard before snapping out of it. He was out the hatch, and so was she. Hovering past the puddle of blood she saw and the footprint confirmed her nightmare. She had never killed someone back on earth or even associated with people who did. Her family taught her to control herself for the sake of others. Could she really be responsible for the death of another? And did this team condone such behav-...She wasn't able to finish her thought as she was sent flying by a thanagarian. Another quickly flew around and grabbed her by her arms. She weakly tried to ask why they were attacking them but unfortunately they couldn't be reasoned with, as she was punched once more in the face. Getting hit in the face by the Thanagarian repeatedly was all she needed to realize she had to adopt an us or them mentality although she still wouldn't use lethal force. This wasn't her home, and this place sure didn't follow by her families rules. Each strike and blow to her face was proof of that. Feeling a rage that she'd never known swell up from her core, the Thanagarian holding her down was surprised by the might she had, and he was sent flying into the crowd of soldiers. The one punching her got a swift kick as well into the crowd. She knew here she didn't have to hold back as much as she previously did, which would work wonders for her newly realized pent up aggression. A branch split off from the the rest and took to the sky for an aerial onslaught. Supergirl decided to bring the fight towards them flying upward with a small TK forcefield to give her just enough wiggle room to suprise attack them. Gliding through and knocking them from the sky sometimes two at a time, some fell onto the side of her teammates path.
