Today went the same as any other day as a resident at Air Temple Island. Asha got up, did her morning routine, went to her classes, then after that practiced her air bending; in all honesty the routine was getting a bit boring, especially after years of doing the same thing, day after day. Of course there were other days that weren't so scheduled, but since most of her life was about discipline and respect, there wasn't much to do to ramp up the excitement...Until she turned thirteen. Once at that age, the monks of the Island decided that boys and girls were allowed to go into Republic City to visit and do other activities, but not without a strict curfew. Asha was grateful to be an air bender and really did enjoy it, but getting to go and experience other things off the Island was a real treat; she got to see all sorts of things and all different kinds of people, even if some were sketchy; but hey, that was life right? It was later in the evening now and she was getting ready for her dinner out with a friend in the city, at a nice Fire Nation restaurant. She had never been before and was rather excited about getting to go. She put her hair into her usual hairdo, in low pony tails. As she made her way off of the Island on the boat, she thought about asking the monks of the Island to extend her curfew, so that she could experience more of the night life that Republic City had to offer. Nothing too extreme of course, but just to walk around during the night seemed fun. Once she got off of the boat (she could have glided but it would have been a bit more tiring) she immediately began her trek to the district the restaurant was in. She knew the name of it, thankfully, and was going to meet her friend there. The brunette looked around as she walked, taking in the sights the city had to offer; it never seemed to get old as the city was constantly changing as well as it's residents. Asha spotted the restaurants glowing sign and smiled happily and quickly walked over towards the door and stood near it, waiting. She looked up from the ground when she heard a loud thud, as if someone had hit the hard concrete, and spotted her friend. "Siku!" she exclaimed, running over towards her and the boys who she seemed to be acquainted with. The older boy looked familiar, but sadly she couldn't remember his name; the boy on the ground however she had never met in her life. "Uh...is everything okay?" Asha asked, looking up at Siku and the older boy, glancing between the two. She glanced down at the boy on the ground and cocked her head to the side. "Are you hurt?" she then asked him, bending down to help him up.
