Teddy has the ability to alter gravity.  If he is scared or sad, himself and objects around him become lighter.  If he is angry it has the opposite effect and everything becomes heavy.  Normally when he is in a pleasant mood he is able to control the effect slightly.  Very slightly.

Anytime his ability is used, Teddy become incredibly tired.  Most of the time, he can be found curled up in a warm spot in the corner, happily sleeping the day away.  It adds to his cat-like features.
