[b]Personality:[/b] Seemingly cold and distant, Padma refuses to talk to people who she believes aren't worth her time. She does tend to feel emotion such as happiness and sadness, however she keeps those feelings locked inside and maintains a null personality. Padma rarely ever does smile, for the most part the girl is neutral and retains a stoic and well controlled face. Aside from her rather off-putting personality, Padma is also very blunt and to the point, which tends to offend others even when she herself didn't intend on doing so. Other then her usual blunt nature, Padma is very well mannered when she isn't in combat. She speaks in a formal tone and has a vague understand of slang, and at times she does attempt to fit in with the more modern people and uses terms such as 'yo' or 'swag' when it is necessary. Padma has a phlegmatic temperament. Just as she appears, calm and courteous on the exterior, she is also coordinated. She is one that attempts to consider the whole situation before making a decision, though based on empathy for the most part (ex. "Because it is the right thing to do, rather than it is fair.").
In the midst of battle she has only one objective in mind, and that is to win. Her usually quiet personality masks a very dangerous woman. Padma is extremely intelligent, calculating, patient, while simultaneously unwavering and iron-fisted. She is shown to be a very pragmatic and extremely determined woman, willing to cast aside pride and appearances and putting herself in dangerous situations as well as use whatever means necessary in order to secure victory. When her mind is set on something, she will not rest until that objective is completed. Killing in her mind is not an evil act, and at the sight of blood she doesn't flinch. Some believe her to be a sadistic woman, however Padma is just unphased with murder.

[b]Background:[/b] Her background is quite hazy, yet Padma is from a Kuja village that was raided and forced to flee. She grew up in the slave business and ended up on the crew where she simply lingers.[/center]
