[@ScienMalefica]: It's not really an upgrade, it's just different scales. Chemical transmutation works on a chemical/molecular level, while Cecelia's works on a reality level, not changing the chemical makeup of the object, but essentially creating an illusion that has the same physical properties as the object she imagines. If she doesn't know the inside of something, then the inside of the original object doesn't change. Therefore,if Cecelia didn't know the inside of a gun and how it worked, then the only part of Fluffy to change would be the outside.
