Who would be the master/leader, though?  Aren't all known masters dead, aside from Atris, who no one would want to learn from?  I doubt Bastila would want to return, and she was just a knight.  I guess we could say that there is no master, yet, and that we won't have one until one of the holocrons recognizes one of us as a master, but that could take forever.  There are also the trials for the masters, but that is a pretty subjective test.  I could have one of the Jedi Holocrons or the ghost of a dead master administer the test, though.
