It looks pretty good. The one thing I'm gonna say: Since the exo suit gives him effectively superhuman abilities there needs to be some drawback to it. One suggestion I might give is for it to occasionally have minor shorts at random (Giving me as GM the ability to put you in a shitty situation at a crucial moment or whatever) Or have it be non-functional in certain environments or somesuch. Something that will come into play, no drawbacks like "Can't function when completely submerged" or something.
Also, should go in the character sheet section rather than OOC.
