I mean to say like will we get to pick for instance like three c rank jutsu, two b rank jutsu and like one 1 A rank jutsu, or free reign on jutsu. As for chakra I mean to say like do we have a posting counter or something to that effect or simply dont go to insane and be realistic with the amount of chakra we have in our characters
