[@Shadowcatcher] Character evaluation.
Over all a very good character. I wasn't expecting such quality so quickly. Do remember to use hider-fields to keep the post length down a bit. 
After a short discussion with Keanto we agreed that you're ok for jinchuuriki, as long as it won't evolve into jinchuu-spamming, in which case we'll call your mother and complain. Also, we'd like some more info on the bijuu and the relationship between it and your character.
Jutsus seem fine, but you'll have to convert them to the proper format. I know it's boring busywork, but it's so much easier to get a good picture of a character's strenghts and weaknesses if you can stay on the same page. Also kawarimi (substitution) is an E-rank technique, so you don't have to list that one. I'll add it to the OP.
