I'm willing to help the Abh. I already have diplomats on Kibō-hosh and since New Rome is in the same system as the Abh homeworld, I have some Roa'marii nearby. Plus the Empress that is presumed dead by all but the Roa'marii in Cathacia. Still, the Roa'marii would be more interested in alliance with both sides of the conflict and as such would try to end the conflict somehow.
