Okay, so this roleplay isn't going the way I expected, which is disapointing. I thought with a smaller group we'd have eleven dedicated players. A few weeks ago I was ready to give up on it. 

Anyways, that feeling hasn't changed much. I think if you all are still interested, we're going to have to flip the script and change a lot of what's going on right now. If not, I'm not willing to put in the effort to keep beating this one with a stick.
