It like working shifts during the day only at night. Although for where I work unless we have to do extra production (like bread orders) we start at the same time each night. 

It awesome although I spotted left over spaghetti in the back of the fridge so I'm stuffing my face with that. It was labled for someone else... but you didn't hear that okay ;) Pizza will now be my dinner before work. 

What hell no! XD Trust me when I say this factory baking is really boring. It's push a button and let the machine do the work for you. I work in a small independent bakery in a smallish country town.
