Most city elves have an average lifespan. While Elves were once immortal their contact with humans caused their lives to "quicken" as they put it. Dalish Elves, who live away from humans, tend to live slightly longer, but it's not enough of a difference to make any real distinction.

To summarize: Elves, for the most part, have the same lifespan as humans.
