Personality (Optional): Mandy got her sign name from her smile. She's always been a bubbly person. She's shy though. Not quite, mostly because she can't tell when she is making noise.

Bio (Optional): When Mandy's mother was pregnant she got Rubella, causing underdeveloped hearing in Mandy. This was never a set back for her though. She grew up in New York and then moved to the small town that June lived in. The pair started high school the same year.

Though shy Mandy wasn't intimidated by the tom-boyish girl. The pair made an unlikely friendship.

Strengths:
-Mandy's other senses, such as smell and sight have overcompensated for her lack of hearing.

Weaknesses:
-She's deaf. This leads her to taking loud steps, and a whole other host of issues that she just doesn't hear. Not that she let's that keep her down.

Outfit (Optional): Plain shirts without designs on them (less likely to be distracted when signing). Boot cut jeans, or knee length skirts.
