Alexi woke up to see her room was darker than usual, thinking  nothing of it, she lit a cigarette and continued to get dressed like every day. After getting dressed, Alexi pulled back the curtains to see dark skies and no sun. "It can't be." She said, looking at her phone and at her wall clock which both read 10:31 a.m.

"The fuck is this." Alexi said, now confused on either she woke up with the clocks set wrong or that darkness has taken over. As she made her way outside to get the newspaper, she stopped, realizing that there was no paper in her lawn, she now notice the town looked abandoned. "Okay this is weird."
