Chloe felt a little uneasy walking around alone after the "incident", but it was very much doable, since for one thing, it was still light out, and for another she was completely certain that she would be able to incapacitate any attackers. Hopefully if there were to be a next time she wouldn't exhale a lethal amount of gas on anyone. She was at a loss of where to go, however. There wasn't much waiting for her at the little apartment she was currently residing in, although maybe she could order a pizza... 
She almost passed the sign but caught herself and stopped walking. [i]Midnight Pub and Café.[/i] She had never been to the establishment before, but she'd seen it sometimes while walking home. At some point in the past she had decided to make a point of trying it out one day, but until now, she'd simply never gotten around to it. 
She followed two teenage girls inside and took a seat at a booth, wondering whether to order an alcoholic beverage or not.
