We have the obligatory Beach episode in summer holidays, and then visit one of the locations of one of the Persona games. It'll depend on what 'circle' of activities you're doing.

For instance those involved with manga and anime more closely will likely visit Tokyo for Comiket, and thus can visit Shibuya for a bit. People on sports teams will likely go to Inaba AND Tatsumi Port Island for sport tournaments.

Also do note that some field trips will be year group specific too. First years get a joint camp with 2nd years, and 3rd years get a trip to Kyoto later in the year.
