Regina noted that she was due for her pit stop during the next lap. She cursed mentally, knowing the lead she was holding would be pretty much gone as she went in the pit stop. Hopefully Muller would have to pit soon as well, otherwise Ryan would have one hell of a time trying to get back the lead that Gina had to give up. She knew that the first few moments with Ryan back in the race would be hell, since he had to deal with the annoyance of having to get his tires warmed up again. His car wouldn't be at a 100% until those tires were warm. Gina continued to lead on Muller, seeing the lights of his Z4 in her own rearview mirror. She could feel the pressure bearing down on her, which had her sweating like mad. Gina's grip on her steering wheel tightened a bit on the straights, trying to hold the R8's horsepower down. [hr] A long time behind the wheel and a pit change later, the race was coming to a close very, very soon. Maybe five minutes or so? Gina honestly lost track of the time, she had much more important things to be worrying about. She did not want Muller to win this race, not while Ryan and Gina were on his rear bumper. Not today, not ever. Regina had held 3rd place very well, sticking behind Ryan as he tried to attack and put pressure on Muller. Ryan was definitely turning up the aggression, and it was definitely affecting Muller. His tires were slipping, and the pressure from both Ryan and Gina would wear him down faster than anyone else on this track. This was a good thing, pressure was something the both of them were good at. Gina stayed behind Ryan's bumper as close as she could, careful to not accidentally bump him and screw up their chances at a 1,2 finish. The clock ticked towards four and a half minutes left, and every second felt like a millennium as Gina and Ryan continued their attack on Muller.
