Austin, near U. of Texas, it really was a fun time. Lot of different kinds of people, some from other countries. There was other co-op houses around that neighborhood and we used to prank each other. Especially since we were the only carnivore friendly house on the block, they liked to pick on us. One vegan house stole our live sized cutout of Han Solo that used to be in the front window at a party we threw. We got them back by tossing raw bacon on their windows. :hehe
