Deus launched the Neo-Spirit Bomb at Agni. This spirit bomb was nearly impossible to dodge, and if you teleported out of its way, Deus would have a backup plan. This Neo Spirit Bomb would negate the effects of spells for a 10 Mile radius when it hit it's target or the ground, it could also KO an opponent if he is not strong enough. The perfect attack.
