Michael was ready! This would be the year that he finally stood out! Finally stopped hiding away! Unless of course no one wanted anything to do with him...But he couldn't afford to think like that now! It was his fourth year at Hogwarts now! He was really excited, especially since he decided he would try out for the quidditch team this year! Even if that didn't work he always had his place in the art area, or even the music section of his life. He was sitting a few seats away from Adrian, the captain of the Ravenclaw quidditch team, and someone he'd actually have to approach eventually about joining the team. Watching all the commotions caused by the Gryffindor house at the beginning of the ceremony was definitely interesting, the best part being the scarfs being burned. Michael then had implanted that into his memory and took out his notebook and began to draw the scene of The Burning Cup. This work of art wasn't going to be a major masterpiece or anything. No this piece of art would be turned into something much more amusing. More...Entertaining! All the excitement in the hall used to be so discouraging to Michael his first two years at Hogwarts, but now by his fourth year he quite enjoyed the sight and sound, giving birth to inspiration and motivation for his art, and mood! Some of his friends he met last year had kept in touch via owls and were starting to come up to him to welcome him back, and not just from Ravenclaw. When it came to art he didn't really care about houses. Everyone in the different houses seemed to have different styles and different ways to express themselves so it was always fun to make friends everywhere! Finally though everything quieted down a bit as the first years began to be placed. Though obviously every time someone was placed that silence was immediately shattered by one house or another, always a wonderful sight to see for sure, and Michael would just clap, not being one for the whole cheering thing.
