How much disclosure up front is up to the players involved. If those from Syrro and Hullen wish to be up front about their intentions, that's fine. Or if they want to pretend for a while that they're native of Lella, that's also fine. However the main point of consensus would overall be (to move things forward generally speaking) that no one is in competition and that working together might mend things much quicker. The King and Queen of Lella don't know of anyone coming to their country, though they have likely sent other small duos and trios out around Lella and beyond, you can't put all your eggs in one basket after all.
