[b]Personality:[/b] His true personality remains unknown, but everyone does know the face he holds in the public. As a high-rank officer in the Anti-Skill faction, Yukihisa can be very focused on his line of work. He is calculative as a strategist and manipulative as an enemy, and can think outside of the box to do his duty as a detective. Though he is normally calm at times, when he dislikes a certain person, he tends to show honest distaste as to why he dislikes them. Since his past is consisted of nothing particularly exciting, he has very little concern about people finding out more about him.

[b]Background:[/b] Raised in a greatly respected family, Yukihisa Fujioka grew up to be a person he wanted to be. As a child, he looked up to honest and concise workers who did their job. Despite claiming that he has a normal childhood, however, his past is classified due to the fact that he was raised away from society and by his parents. He is known to never mention his childhood once even though he lived a fairly normal life. He, as an Anti-Skill officer, has received recognition as a competent worker.

- Firearm Handling – Yukihisa is skillful with firearms, and specializes mostly with a Magnum Revolver. His aim is that of a veteran firearm user’s.

- Ixion Katana – An experimental weapon Yukihisa rarely ever uses. It is able to generate different levels of thunder through commands inputted manually by the wielder. Though it could be used to unexpectedly taze targets, it is mostly used when Yukihisa decides that true violence was the only solution to a problem. At the moment, Yukihisa is only allowed to carry Ixion if he is dealing with high-priority targets; any other usage of Ixion will have the weapon taken away from him.
