Finally got a chance to look over the stats spreadsheet.  Everything that would impact numbers is solid, but the Grand Prince of the Serene Republic of Carnelia is "Grand Prince Alteo Regaan Verkun IX" not "Grand Prince Alteo Regaan."  I get that its easy to lose in the mess of titles I gave him, but there was a method behind that madness.
