[b]Starting Location:[/b] Utherwood is a region of dense forests next to large iron deposits. Utherwood has one police station which serves as its military garrison, a town hall where the Prime Union Administrator resides, and around 25 residences with 4 shops. Of the 25 residences, 2 are mansions. Utherwood also has 1 steel factory.

Utherood is unique in that it has no actual laws. If 10 people sign a petition to say a man is guilty, is reviewed by an elected jury and the Prime Union Administrator. If they deem it was morally wrong, then they are sent o the steel mines for community service. When they are done, they are done.
[b]Strengths:[/b]
•[b]Freedom to bear arms for the cause of defense of homeland.[/b] Don't you ever think Utherwood will be a pushover to whatever outfit you deem fit to rule us. We rule ourselves, and were not gunna go down without one hell of a fight--and by that time there ain't gon' be nothin' to rule.
•[b]We are one in our cause--you cannot defeat us.[/b] When we all know we need to do something, we do it, and don't quibble quabble 'bout it. We do what our core convictions tells us is right.
[b]Weaknesses:[/b]
•[b]Carin' a hell of a lot--too much.[/b] I reckon we prolly' git the worst of reputations for being bull-headed loons. Indeed we are, and thick skulled all the same. As such, we lack cooperation unless we all reckon its a damn right important 'nuff cause to be calling' our attention. This means we can't git jack shit done without all nodding our heads and toting' our guns in unison, we need to be convinced before we make anything happen. As a result, our public works are rather loudly debated. Hell, just the other day, a full-scale bar fight erupted over wether a fountain or a statue should be placed in our park. Not much gets done without all of us having' an opinion. At least we care.

•Phenomenal speechwriter. One of the most amazing orators in the history of Utherwood.
•Strong convictions. Being he is the only real judge in Utherwood, he knows the second he gets done hearing the case who's guilty and what they deserve. He's known for giving' it to 'em.

•Stubborn. He will not let another man try to out-shadow him. He must be heard, and his will must be done. He is very reluctant to take advise, unless it's what he wants to hear.
[b]Bio:[/b] James DeFonz grew up in Utherwood back when Jhonny Steelwolfe had just reorganized it. He looked up to Steelwolfe as his idol, and being a natural leader, and soon took charge in Utherwood.
