Q1: Power Levels are just not interesting.  Still if you were to draw a comparison, our characters would be strong but not super saiyan type strength.  Maybe Piccolo/Nail fused strength at best for now.

Q2: If you can make a decent character that I approve it would be possible to control a second character.
