Iris couldn't hold back the blood that rushed to her cheeks when Shadow mentioned asking her to move it. It would probably fix a lot of her problems, such as not getting locked out of her house on a continual basis... But moving into a mateless man's house and not just any man but the Alpha... rumors would spread very quickly about their relationship, not that Shadow would hear any of it. She laughed a little all the same, trying her best to brush it off as a joke. Her eyes widened when he asked her to look over the papers that he had been working on over the last year... That was a lot of things to go through but it would help and it was something that she did enjoy. Iris smiled at him when he quickly retracted the request, suggesting that it was too much to ask of her. She shook her head and placed her hand on his, "I really don't mind. I don't do much with my free time anyways," She stood and walked over to the cabinet that she had seen him grab the papers from. Bending at the waist, she leaned down and looked for the file from that month before pulling it out and straightening. She turned and walked back to the table. She smiled at him, "No time like the present," She opened it and tucked a piece of hair behind her ear as she started to scan the numbers, doing rough calculations in her head, "Besides, I think the girls' would be happy with me out of the house more... I can come over most nights after patrol and spend a couple hours going through the files before I go home, if you'd like."

Leopold continued to write as Crimson spoke about his lineage, "Hm," He said in comment to her question before Ban came and laid upon his letter. He sighed and put his quill away before lifting the cat off the papers, not wanting any of his hairs in the ink, "Yes, I did. All of those in Dracula's lineage have a special ability to compulse people, make people do as the user chooses... Which happens to be my ability." He placed the cat on the ground and turned his chair to face Crimson, "Not to mention, my family has taken great pride in our ancestral line. Due to my mother not having any siblings that leaves me to be the only one who carries the Dark Lord's blood," He ran his hand through his hair, "Although, I don't particularly enjoy throwing that around as people tend to treat me as though I were Dracula himself. Heir or not, I will never take up the man's name." He tapped his finger on the arm of his chair and looked at her, "Is there a reason beyond curiosity that you bring this up?"
