There was a flaw in her stance, and at this distance, she would be skewered by the halberd before she could move away, should the knight attack.
I somewhat doubt that statement, as I stated she is staying at roughly six meters' distance (or around twenty feet) - or more than three times the presumed length of the entire halberd and more than enough to fit a larger sedan between them the long way and still have some space left. If the knight were to attack, she'd get away if she dodges rather than blocks - at least initially. What happens later is fully open-ended, however. Maldron is right about her stance, though - it is not a good one, and her axe as a weapon weighs too much to be used half as effectively as an actual battelaxe would be, even if it would still hurt as bad as you'd expect if she actually were to hit someone. (Probably strongly underestimated the weight of the thing in the CS, too - I am good with distances and sizes, but if there exists such thing as weight-perception, then I don't really have it good ... I always estimate things much lighter, including when I am holding them in hand. If I remember to, I'll just weigh my own axe or look up one that looks roughly right and has weight mentioned, and adjust the CS accordingly.) If she were within range of being stabbed by a polearm, then safe to say, she most likely would be stabbed if the person had the faintest idea what they were doing. As another sidenote, though, getting skewered fairly often isn't the end of the fight - plenty of records of sword-duels continuing after one gets run through, or in newer times people getting stabbed or shot multiple times and still defeating their opponents. Adrenaline is an extremely potent painkiller, amongst other things. (People are likely to die from those injuries all right, just later...) Oh, and another note: armor doesn't always protect from impact-damage as well as slashing damage. Maces and similar, if you manage to hit the head, are rather sure way of downing someone wearing a helmet. - Just some random thoughts.
