Alex's fingers was on the trigger of his gun, he would've shot the girl as soon as she grabbed the crossbow but he hesitated, and now he was in a Mexican Standoff, he cursed silently in his mind,

and the girl was obviously bad at speaking russian, all he heard was a bunch of Garbled words that sounded like someone sarcastically intimidating him and then it hit Alex..Not everyone spoke russian

But however. he couldn't do anything at the moment, if he shot her she would shoot him, and Alex and the girl would be dead, or Alex could back down and then what would stop her from shooting him? or vice versa

and then Alex heard the door behind him creaking a bit, it must have been his imagination or something though since he already opened the door, Alex would check on the door, but as soon as he turned away he would give the girl the chance to write him off

Alex didn't do anything at the moment, just kept aiming the gun at the girl to see what was going to happen
