[/quote] I still post in the OOC because I have interest in the RP and I intend to apply for it when some people go inactive or leave as soon as the RP starts. (Honestly, I don't like "first come, first serve" styles, but that's another issue.) I can make my own RP, but it would easily conflict with the other Pokemon RPs that already exist in the Casual and Advanced section - that's what two RPs of the same video game / anime generally cause. Also, backseat moderating is when [i]any[/i] non-GM or non-mod member tries to deal with rule-breaking or some other offense by demonstrating moderation traits instead of reporting said conflict to the GM him/herself.
