Maria glanced at the two new deities. She figured they must have been Thanatos's parents. The tension raised to an almost unbearable level; there was a cracking sound and a tinkling one as bits of glass hit the floor. She hurried over behind the bar to clean up the mess of broken glass and then she gently took the bottles from Thanatos's hands lest he break something else. "Let me do it." She whispered, smiling at him. "Don't want any more broken glass on the floor." She flipped through the recipe book, trying to figure out what she was supposed to do. She'd never been a bartender; the only alcohol she'd ever handled was Isopropyl alcohol, and that was just in a medical capacity. She overheard Persephone's comment and blinked, nodding. "Can I get you anything to drink, my lady?" She couldn't entirely hide the tremor in her voice, however, the tremor caused by being around so many gods and goddesses who wanted to kill each other. Hades forced a chuckle. "It's only because my beautiful wife keeps me in check." he said to Persephone. Turning to Erebus, he said, "Erebus, how are you? It's been what... Millennia, hasn't it, since we've talked."
