[@deadpixel101] The talents they have must be related to their powers in some way. For example, a fast runner gets super speed or a swimmer becomes able to breath underwater. If your talents are already related to your powers, explain them with as many essential details as possible, thanks. :D

In other news, the personalities of the rulers have been tweaked a bit, but their not very different to how they were before. I've also begun working on a map and character portraits :)
