Alright, I think you told me that, but my point is the same. Well all start to learn GMing somewhere I got lucky and was tutored by a friend, your doing it the hard way learning as you go. like you said you've just gotta see what others do and work it out. Or if push comes to shove ask someone to teacher you a little.

As for being taken seriously I'm not sure really what you could do about that other then go OI listen to me I need to have a serous discussion here. That and I don't want to insult anyone but you co-GM/s should back you up in that situation if needed. 

But you are needed it is after all your idea. It wouldn't be the same with out you. (cliche yes but true no)
