[@CarrieCat] Few thing:

- You didn't follow the sheet format I provided. Nothing is coded correctly. There's a reason why I gave everyone a plain code sheet on the second post.

- Also, what birth defect gives you white hair? I never heard of it before. 

- You can't [i]legally[/i] get a tattoo until you're eighteen in America. Unless she got the tattoo in Germany.

- That name isn't very German.

- Her character in general could use some more work. At the moment, she's really one-dimensional. Expand her history and personality section with the help of [url=http://www.reddit.com/r/WritingPrompts/comments/28vbfi/ot_looking_to_develop_your_characters_heres_100/]this[/url].

- Someone already has Electrokinesis (Beth Carson). I dunno if Tali is cool with that or not... but I had an extensive conversation with her about balance, and I have to say that I wouldn't accept the power in it's current condition (While Tali did a great job explaining it). Electrokinesis needs heavy weaknesses - which you didn't provide.
