@Kassarock: I am fairly certain the Visha were very tall as opposed to short. So wouldn't the Vos be taller as a result of their relation, and not short? 

Another thing - Aaron has sort of failed to make this clear and it's not really your fault but the Visha are our.. erm, basically, our father-elf race. Aaron is trying to stay away from calling them elves and drawing too many similarities because, well, elves have been done to death. But they do have similarities to elves, like pointy ears. We will not be calling them and their relatives elves though. We will instead be calling them Vishashtani. This is contrary to what the OP may lead you to believe but that is mostly because (it seems like) in a bid to make the Visha unique, Aaron distanced himself so much from elves that it looks like the Visha were just another type of human. But that is not the case.

So if your guys are going to claim descent from the Visha, they would be Vishashtani and not human. Unless they are related to the Visha but have too much human blood to be classified as Vishashtani. Then I guess it gets complicated.
