Yeah, you just said that you were "planning" to RP a Scraggy. For no reason other than type coverage, as far as can be gleaned from this post. No info on how far you'd gotten with the plans for that character or anything like that, just that you were planning on it. And since nothing came out of that plan for about five days, I don't think it's entirely unjustified for Pizza to make his own character at this point. The big moral to all this is that miscommunication is bad, 'mkay?
