[hider=Iris][color=lightgreen]Iris looked over her shoulder when Shadow called her name. Before she could answer the man was at the door of his bedroom looking at her. She watched him as he apologized if he made her uncomfortable before saying that he had managed to sleep fully through the night with no nightmares. She gave him a soft smile and nodded her head, "Yes... well... Um," Her cheeks turned red and unfortunately, the sun did little to hide it like the night had, "I've... Before coming here, I lived only with my family.... We weren't around many men and... That was the closest... I've ever been to a man and... I felt as though it might be inappropriate with me not being your mate..."

She yawned a little and started to gather all the papers, "I managed to go over all of these... From the last two years."

She picked them all up before carefully putting them back away into the filing cabinet. She rubbed her eye and pulled her blanket close around her before she walked over to him and poured herself a couple of coffee. She yawned once more before she took a sip, "I suppose I'll go grab my things after patrol..."[/color][/hider]
