Before the young girl could respond to what Aeris was doing, she had quickly turned her attention to Gary Oak, who had now shown himself. She'd heard of his name, mostly because of spending some time at Fary's house when they were younger, and she was excited to meet such an important person. Not that it was noticeably any different from her usual excitement, but she hurried herself over to where he stood and stood almost right up to his face.

"Hi! Yeah, we're here 'cause we wanna become Champions! It would be sooooooo awesome! I'm gonna beat 'em all with my lil' Lisa over here!" Aeris pointed towards the jumping Joltik on top of her head.
