We have what? 7 out of 11 RPers started? 8 out of 12 characters? I'd say if anyone has already posted and has any responses to anyone, go ahead and start thinking/writing your second post. 

We have one RPer who's currently unapproved, and another who's been busy. I've seen another who hasn't posted lurking around...

I'd take second posting slower, try not to reach page 2 till everyone's posted at least once. We've got twelve posts left for that...
