These robbers really weren't he brightest. They didn't realize that the hostages were slowly depleting, that Spider-Man was slowly picking a few of them off one by one, and that grocery stores really weren't the best places to get money... The group of robbers were slowly taking money from the registers, and Spider-Man watched from on top of a shelf aisle, his arms crossed. "You know..." Spider-Man said loudly, making the robbers jump. "I was really hoping that this was a false alarm. One because I really really really don't like store robbers. Two because I didn't think anyone was dumb enough to steal from a grocery store, and three because I have been waiting for a day to use food puns on some bad guys for a very long time..." He said before rolling off the shelf to avoid gun shots. "I mean, I should be more grateful, you guys could have been..." A box of cereal hit a man in the face at a very fast force. "Cereal Killers! eh? eh? nonono wait, I got better ones!" Peter said excitedly, jumping up and kicking a man back in to another robber as he disappeared in the aisles, which made the robbers very uneasy. "I know my yolks" A few egg cartons flew at the robbers. "Can be breadful" Loafs of bread were next. "At times, but they are butter than nothing!" And then sticks of butter. They were covered in so many grocery items, and so was the floor, that they had difficulty seeing and walking. Peter was having a laughing fit at his horrible jokes, but that was before his Spider-Senses went off. He quickly moved his head away, spinning and shooting his webs backwards, and yanking another robber towards him. He stopped him by grabbing his hand, his head tilting a bit as he examined him. The voices in his head suddenly got louder. "You know... I really don't like robbers..." Peter said quietly, and with a flick of his hand, the robber's hand made a gruesome crunching noise, his mind started cackling, the robber screamed in pain, and Peter was expressionless for a few seconds before he realized how bad he hurt the man. he let go of his hand, and backed up a bit, looking at the other robbers still searching for him. Time to see what the suit can do with fighting... --- Peter was much stronger. It proved with the amounts of bruises and unconscious men all tied up in web. Luckily he didn't injure someone as badly as the man who got his hand crushed, but it was obvious that this new suit was giving him extraordinary power... except he was the only one who knew that. To Lexi and everyone else, this was just a warmer suit for the winter. He hoped that his mind wouldn't go back to the instance where he hurt that man too far... He also hoped that Lexi wasn't there to see it.
