I've been meaning to ask you all about this: The whole 'relationship' aspect of this RP was put in by the person who made the RP (Hebigami). I'm not entirely sure what his intentions were for that. Perhaps just a small list describing who the character favors and disagrees with in the group? Something like this?:

Relationships:
With Werner Cotezee: Juan and Werner get along just fine, and can be considered pretty good friends.
With Mike Hudson: Juan and Mike often are at odds, due to that one time when Mike stole Juan's yogurt after a heist, even though Juan [i]clearly[/i] put "Juan's Yogurt" on the lid. Now the two rarely speak other than for jobs.

(except serious and actually done out -- sorry, I'm a bit sleep deprived)

What are you guys' thoughts on this? And if you have another idea as to how we could do this shindig, by all means let me know! As for when we're doing it (which I'm just now realizing was actually your question), we'll be doing it -- whatever it turns out to be -- once all the CSs are in. I think we're only waiting on a couple, now.

Edit: We have everyone from the interest check, as well as the wonderful folks who joined us at this OOC. As things stand, we just have two spots left to fill -- however, there's also our two special characters, Kimiyosis' cleaner and HHShetland's sharpshooter, who will be putting up their characters later.

I dunno about you guys, but I think this crew is full. To anyone who has already told me about their idea for a character: post it in the Characters section when you can. To everyone else: sorry, but the RP is no longer accepting for the moment.
