Aelia panicked, seeing what awaited her. "Minerva save me." She muttered, trying to figure out how to get up onto the beast. It turned large, inquisitive brown eyes on her, and she stumbled back in panic. "Oh, my gods oh my gods no I don't want to do this." ~~ Iulia absently looked at the sky. She'd built the fire up as high as she dared, since it was rather chilly as the sun went down. She didn't plan on sleeping, not when there were wild creatures around. Just in case she had her sling ready to go with the smoothest, roundest rocks she could find. Having reset the traps, cut the meat into strips and left it over the fire to dry, and prepared the hides, she was more or less out of chores to do. So she did the next best thing, praying to all her gods to bring Aiden back safely.
