abilies: Manipulation of Insanity - Reisen can sense and manipulate waves of any kind, because of her Lunatic Red Eyes. So, she can manipulate someone's brain waves through eye contact, to cause hallucinations and madness depending on the strength of the target's will. I quote this; "By increasing the frequency of brainwaves she can make a person short-tempered and irrational, or by reducing them can leave her target apathetic and depressed."

She can also manipulate light and sound waves directly, "from concealing the paths of her danmaku, to creating after-images of herself, to casting wide-area illusions that cause people to get lost."

Moon rabbits can also send "ESP waves" and receive them with their ears, forming a sort of psychic network where they share feelings and rumors. Reisen can still participate in this network despite the physical distance between Earth and the Moon.
skills: She can also use [url=http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Danmaku]danmaku,[/url] but she usually does not use it to kill. If she did want to kill, "a ratio of 10:1 bullets wouldn't be necessary," quoted from the maker of the Touhou Project (ZUN). Of course, danmaku without any openings for one to pass through would be completely unfair and isn't going to be used at all within this RP.

Make sure you look closely, there may be something that would be useful. The Lunatic variations are not often used, unless the person she is sparring requests for them to be used, or if she is in a very close battle. Pay attention to the translated comments. Also, look at the Owner sections of the Imperishable Night spell cards, as Reisen will most likely be using the Normal or the Hard versions of each spell card.
She normally starts out with the Easy versions of the spell cards, so pay attention to what they would look like in the Roleplay. I might even just point out what level Spell Card she is using just in case.
There is a heavy amount of illusions in her Spell Cards.
